Domestic Package

• A 10% instant cancellation charge applies once the booking is confirmed.
• More than 30 days before travel date — 20% of ground package cost.
• 30 to 21 days before travel date — 30% of ground package cost.
• 20 to 15 days before travel date — 50% of ground package cost.
• 14 to 10 days before travel date — 75% of ground package cost.
• Within 10 days of travel date — 100% of ground package cost.
• Flight cancellation as per airline policy + service charge + tax.
• Train/Cruise cancellation as per respective policy + service charge + tax.
• We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by the airline/railway due to any reason.
• Applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days.

International Tour

• More than 45 days before travel — 10% charges.
• 45–30 days before travel — 30% charges.
• 30–15 days before travel — 50% charges.
• Within 15 days of travel — 100% non-refundable.
• International flight, visa, insurance, and other supplier cancellations are strictly as per their respective policies, along with applicable service charges and taxes.
• Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost. No refund for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
• During long weekends, festive seasons, peak travel periods, or blackout dates, cancellation policies may vary as per country-specific hotel and supplier rules. In most such cases, international bookings are non-refundable.
