2. Services
Travio Holidayz provides travel planning, tour package booking, hotel booking, and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.).
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Full payment must be completed before the date of departure.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. No-shows are non-refundable.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate personal information, carrying valid travel documents, and complying with all applicable laws at your destination. Travio Holidayz is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Travio Holidayz shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or acts of third-party service providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Travio Holidayz Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
Travio Holidayz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
