📋 Domestic Package Notes

  • Flight cancellation as per airline policy + service charge + tax.
  • Train/Cruise cancellation as per respective policy + service charge + tax.
  • We are not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by the airline/railway due to any reason.
  • Applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days.

🌍 International Tour

More Than 45 Days Before Travel10% Charges
45–30 Days Before Travel30% Charges
30–15 Days Before Travel50% Charges
Within 15 Days of Travel100% Non-Refundable

📋 International Tour Notes

  • International flight, visa, insurance, and other supplier cancellations are strictly as per their respective policies, along with applicable service charges and taxes.
  • Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost. No refund for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
  • During long weekends, festive seasons, peak travel periods, or blackout dates, cancellation policies may vary as per country-specific hotel and supplier rules. In most such cases, international bookings are non-refundable.
