- Applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days.
International Tour
- More than 45 days before travel — 10% charges.
- 45–30 days before travel — 30% charges.
- 30–15 days before travel — 50% charges.
- Within 15 days of travel — 100% non-refundable.
- International flight, visa, insurance, and other supplier cancellations are strictly as per their respective policies, along with applicable service charges and taxes.
- Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost. No refund for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
- During long weekends, festive seasons, peak travel periods, or blackout dates, cancellation policies may vary as per country-specific hotel and supplier rules. In most such cases, international bookings are non-refundable.
